What does the marketplace actually take?
Fee and profit calculators for resale sellers. Every rate is sourced, every formula is shown, and every page says when it was last verified.
Short answer
On the same $50 sale, resale marketplaces take very different amounts. Vinted charges sellers nothing at all; Depop about 4-5%; Mercari 10%; Whatnot around 11%; eBay US roughly 14% in a standard category; and Poshmark a flat 20% above $15.

How these calculators are built
Each calculator applies a published rate schedule — the final value fee, the per-order fee, the processing charge, the regulatory fee — to the total the buyer actually pays. You see every line, and the arithmetic behind each line, rather than a single number you have to trust.
Every page names its source and the date the rates were last checked. Marketplace fees change, and the date is how you decide whether a number is still current.
Nothing you type leaves your browser. There is no account, no email and no tracking of your inputs.
These calculators apply published marketplace fee schedules. They are general information tools, not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice — check your own payout statement and speak to a qualified professional where it matters.
